The Production Laborer will work as part of team focused on safely and efficiently producing concrete products in our new indoor manufacturing facility. A qualified candidate should have the ability to read basic blueprints, operate hand tools/power tools and concrete related equipment such as vibrators and finishing tools. 

Required Skills:

• Ability to read basic blueprints
• Experience with concrete specific tools, vibrators, trowels, mucking, etc…
• Experience using misc. hand/power tools
• Construction experience is a must, concrete experience is a plus

Typical work hours are Mon - Fri – 6:00am to 4:00p

This is a full time, non-exempt position.

Compensation will depend on experience

ECP is looking for an experienced fabricator/heavy equipment maintainer to join our team. The individual will work as part of a team focused on preventative maintenance for a fleet of forklifts, semis, overhead cranes and various automated manufacturing machinery. 

A qualified candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with the ability to read basic blueprints and electrical schematics; have welding/fabrication knowledge, have heavy equipment/diesel mechanics knowledge. Leadership experience is a plus.

Duties include:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to a fleet of heavy equipment (i.e. skid steers, telehandlers, forklifts, cranes and semis)
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues in a timely manner when they arise 
• Understanding fabrication blueprints and electrical schematics
• General facilities maintenance, garage doors, man doors, pumps, batch plant
• Build concrete form work out of steel or wood precisely and accurately 
• Equipment operation (skid steer, forklifts, etc.)

Typical work hours are Mon - Fri - 7am to 4:30p - with opportunity for overtime.

This is a full time, non-exempt position.

Compensation package ranges from $25 to $30+ per hour depending on experience.  The company offers paid holiday, paid vacation and a matching retirement plan. 

ECP is looking for a competent and committed individual to work as part of a team focused on providing accurate and timely information to both internal and external customers in a local precast concrete company.

Required Skills:

• Ability to effectively communicate with engineers, customers and internal manufacturing employees verbally and with drawings
• Willingness to perform hands on training to learn about the products being drafted
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to read and understand civil construction plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reading project plans to determine what items can be precast concrete
• Summarizing project quantities of those items into a bid package
• Preparing shop drawings/submittal packages 
• Work with manufacturing employees to understand products and processes

Typical work hours are Mon - Fri – 7:00am to 5:00p

This is a full time, non-exempt position.
